[DONG Energy sells Polish onshore wind business]
Two Polish utilities, PGE and Energa, will acquire DONG Energy’s Polish onshore wind business. The two companies will each take over separate parts of the activities. The aggregate selling price (enterprise value) is approximately € 240 million.
“The divestment is a step towards realising DONG Energy's previously announced plan to divest assets with an aggregate value of DKK 10 billion [approx. € 1.34 bn] during 2013 and 2014.
